I bought a pair of shoes yesterday and I returned them today. They just weren't me. I used a visa gift card for the purchase. I thought the refund would go back on the visa gift card. They refused to put the refund on the visa gift card, saying it's store policy. The store manager Sage explained to me that I could buy online or get a store credit. I'm upset because I don't like being told where I have to spend my money. I believe this to be a terrible policy. After today, I won't be shopping at any of the stores.

I am extremely disturbed by an incident that happened on February 12th at this Dick’s Sporting Goods location involving two minor Black girls. They were followed throughout the store by a man who identified himself as security. When they asked why they were being followed, he told them it was his job, yet he was not following anyone else in the store. They did not steal anything, and nothing was found. Despite that, they were made to feel singled out, targeted, and treated like criminals. No child should ever be made to feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or judged while simply being in a store. What makes this even more concerning is that a man named Rich Nickles publicly posted these minor girls on Facebook and accused them of shoplifting. Posting minors publicly and making accusations like that is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about privacy, safety, and how customers, especially children, are being treated. This situation has caused emotional distress and should be taken very seriously. Businesses have a responsibility to ensure that minors are treated with respect and not made to feel targeted or humiliated.

A bit pricey, however very clean, staff was pleasant, plenty of free parking, large selection to choose from. Update to my review: Olivia in shoe sales was epic customer service & is the reason for this 5 Stars. Her energy is needed everywhere & we thankful to have a knowledgeable & super friendly associate at this location. Keep up the good work.
